Medication Management & Psychiatric Care at Waybridge
If you're dealing with depression and haven't found relief from medications you've tried, Waybridge is here to help. Our experienced psychiatric team provides personalized medication management and compassionate psychiatric care, designed specifically for people who haven’t responded to their first round or two of antidepressants.

If you don’t currently have a psychiatric provider, we'll partner with you to explore new options, closely monitor your progress, and adjust treatments until we find what works best for you. If you have a provider, we're happy to collaborate with them on your medications if we're treating you with other therapies. At Waybridge, you're never alone on your path to feeling better.

1. Who is medication management at Waybridge right for?

Waybridge specializes in treating individuals with chronic depressive disorders, including Major Depressive Disorder, Persistent Depressive Disorder, and Bipolar I/II with depressive symptoms. Many of our patients also experience co-occurring conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, OCD, or a history of trauma. Because we offer specialized "interventional" treatments designed for people who haven't found relief from traditional antidepressants, our approach is ideal for anyone who feels stuck in their current depression treatment.

2. How does medication management at Waybridge work?

Your Waybridge experience begins with an hour-long consultation at one of our clinics, led by our psychiatric providers. During this session, we’ll review your mental and physical health history, current symptoms, and medications you've previously tried. Your provider will collaborate with you on treatment options, which may include starting or adjusting medications, or exploring our interventional therapies like IV Ketamine, Spravato, or TMS.

3. How often will I need to be seen?

Appointment frequency is personalized based on your individual needs. However, if you're seeking care at Waybridge, you likely need more frequent visits than an annual psychiatry check-in. We offer convenient 50-minute and 30-minute appointments, both in-person and via telehealth, and we’ll work together to find the routine that best supports your treatment goals.

4. How do I pay for it?

Waybridge aims to be in-network with most major insurance providers. If we accept your insurance, your initial psychiatric consultation and follow-up medication management appointments are typically covered. Our Care Coordinators are available to help clarify your insurance coverage and guide you through our billing process.
