How It Works
Our insurance process
We verify your benefits
Before your first appointment, our team contacts your insurance company to verify your mental health benefits, co-pays, deductible status, and coverage for specific treatments.
We handle prior authorizations
For treatments like TMS and Spravato that require prior authorization, our team manages the entire process. We submit the necessary documentation and follow up until approval is secured.
We explain your costs upfront
Before treatment begins, we provide a clear breakdown of what your insurance covers and what your out-of-pocket responsibility will be. No surprises.
We bill insurance directly
We file claims directly with your insurance company. You are only responsible for your co-pay or co-insurance at the time of service.
A note about IV ketamine pricing
IV ketamine is not currently covered by commercial insurance plans. However, we believe cost should not be a barrier to effective treatment. Here is how we make it accessible:
- Transparent, upfront pricing discussed during your consultation
- Payment plans available to spread the cost over time
- VA coverage available for eligible veterans
- Our team can help explore whether Spravato (which is insurance-covered) may be an appropriate alternative
Questions about coverage or cost?
Our team is happy to verify your insurance benefits and walk you through your options. No commitment required.
